Writing your UCAS statement
Your UCAS statement is a really important part of your application. It is how you show the university that you are ambitious, motivated, passionate and that you will be a good student. Try to avoid generic statements, use examples, remember skills that you have and ensure that they get a statement that show the best of you.
You have a maximum of 4,000 characters and 47 lines to write your personal statement. It will be cut-off if you exceed this. There are lots of websites that will give you tips and guidance or show you examples:
