Key Stage 3 Curriculum Overview

In this section of our website you will find a Key Stage 3 (Year 7, 8 and 9) Curriculum Overview outlining:

  • Timetabled overviews for each year group
  • Half-termly subject summaries including recommended readings
  • To find out more about our curriculum offerings, click on the subject links below or contact the Head of Subjects
  • To see what your child is currently studying, please see this half-term's curriculum newsletter here

To allow for more depth of study in creative subjects during Year 8 students choose 3 of the following subjects – they will then have 3 periods per fortnight for each subject. This maintains a breadth of curriculum whilst allowing greater depth of learning in the subjects that students have chosen.
