Extra Curricular Activities
Pupils value the wide range of extra-curricular activities- Ofsted 2023
All extra-curricular activities/clubs for this term will start from Monday 16th September, whether running during or after the school day.
This will allow staff time to prepare and plan activities, as well as time for all clubs to be set up on EvolveClubs. All parents/carers will be invited to join MyEvolve, so that they can sign their child/children up for extra-curricular activities, before Monday 16th September; emails from EvolveClubs come from EduFocus and will go to the parent/carer listed as the “priority contact 1” on our systems.
We have a wide range of extra curricular clubs for students to choose from and these change each term so that students will always find something that they are interested in. We encourage all students to take part in at least one extra curricular club per year. Places for activities should be booked using MyEvolve, and to contact Club Leaders directly regarding any issues or questions. If you have any enquiries about specific clubs, please contact the Club Leader listed under each extra-curricular activity.
Homework Club
The Den Team runs a Homework Club Monday to Thursday, from 3-4pm, in R022/R024 for students who need extra support with their home learning and studies.
The Den Team currently invite students to join Homework Club, for which they keep a register, but any and all students are welcome to attend.
