Good Luck Year 11

On Friday the 13th (Spooky!) we said goodbye to our Year 11 students as they left us to begin their exams the following week. The morning consisted of Year 11 attending their Leavers Celebration assembly where we looked back at the last 5 years that they have spent here at Waingels, shared farewell video messages from staff and gave out awards voted for by the year group. This was then followed by a year group breakfast in the canteen where Year 11 signed shirts, collected their Leavers Hoodies and tucked into the amazing food spread provided by our incredible kitchen staff. It was fantastic to see all of the year group together and enjoying the occasion. Everyone did themselves proud and it was a pleasure to share the morning with you all. 

I would like to take this opportunity to wish all of Year 11 the very best of luck in their exams this summer and wish you all the best with your next steps, whether that be here at Waingels in the Sixth Form, or elsewhere.
