22.5 hours per week flexible - term time plus ten additional days

The successful candidate will join a highly motivated and experienced administration and support team in a specialist role.
We are seeking to appoint a finance assistant who wants to work in a role where there is ample opportunity to apply their planning, organisational and communication skills. The finance assistant will be responsible for obtaining supplier quotes, raising/sending POs, ordering by credit card, reconciling the credit card statement on FMS (monthly), inputting catering invoices onto FMS for payment, general parent queries – cashless catering, ParentPay, arranging cash collections/banking and maintaining the PP spreadsheet (individual expenditure). Above all, we need someone who is accurate and is a team player.
There is a need for flexibility with this post as the post holder will be required to work days during the school holiday periods.
