Science Week

This term we celebrated British Science Week across lessons. The week started with "Science Busking" in Woodley Town Centre with Science Club. The students had learnt a science trick each and spent the morning showing and explaining it to members of the public. In school we were thrilled to welcome the Science Museum, London who put on a variety of shows for Years 7 and 8 as well as visitors from some of our local primary schools. In lessons pupils saw a "demo of the day" and our trainee teachers planned some exciting lessons based around structures.
